Women of Honor: Kelly Klein with BJ Whitmer vs. Crazy Mary Dobson.
Klein got the early advantage and tied up dobson on the mat. Dlbson fought back but was taken down with a series of forearms. Klein maintained control and drilled her with a kick. Dobson came back with a backbreaker. She was sent into the buckles and flipped over but came back and drilled Klein with a knee. Dobson nailed a Fall Away Slam for a two count. Dobson nailed a flying bodypress for a two count. Klein finally forced a submission.
BJ Whitmer menaced ring announcer Scarlett Bordeaux, demanding she announce Klein as rhe most dominant female in wrestling.
Kamaitachi & Juice Robinson defeated The All Night Express and the team of Beer City Bruiser & Silas Young.
ROH Global Wars 2016
The PPV opened with a special video looking at the competition between New Japan and ROH as well as Colt Cabana’s challenge of the ROH title tonight!
Roderick Strong vs. ACH vs. Adam Page vs. Dalton Castle to determine top contender for ROH TV championship.
ACH and Page started out. Page got control but ACH used a number of flips into a kick. The crowd chanted for him. Strong tagged himself in and began stomping away on Page..Castle tagged in and the crowd was excited to see him, chanting his name. Castle faked out Page several times. Strong cut off Castle with a clothesline. Page took control on Castle but was caught with an elbow in the corner. Strong tagged in Castle and they battled back and forth. Strong clotheslined him for a two count. The Boys fanned Castle.
They exchanged blows but Strong retained control. Page nailed Castle from behind, allowing Strong to catch him with a right hand. Castle and Strong battled in the corner. Page got involved but was drilled with a right hand. Strong came off the top but was caught and suplexed down. ACH tagged in and nailed a swinging DDT. He chopped Castle and whipped him into the ropes. Castle faked him out, sending ACH hard to the floor. ACH came back with a kick out of the corner, Castle kicked him off and hit a flip off the apron to the floor on Page and Strong. ACH hit a crazy dive over the top onto all of the others.
ACH went to the top but Strong crotched him. He nailed a big superplex. Castle nailed a wheelbarrow into a slam and scored the pin.

Hard fought opener with all four looking good. Castle was really over and had some flashy moves. ACH’s dive was great. Strong and Page looked good as well, A nice opener.
Jushin Liger & Cheeseburger vs. The Addiction
Big pop for Liger! Cheeseburger and Daniels started out and went back and forth. Kazarian and Liger tagged in and the crowd clapped to rally Liger as they wrestled back and forth. Dabueks nailed him from behind. Cheeeburger tagged in and went nose to nose with Kazarian. He avoided Daniels trying to interfere but Kazarian cut him off and worked over Burger. The Addiction tagged in and out working over Burger. Daniels nailed a quebrada. Cheeseburger kept kicking out.
Liger finally tagged in and hit the palm strike and a Ligerbomb on Daniels for a two count. Liger was doubleteamed but kept kicking out. The Addiction worked over Cheeseburger who shocked Daniels with a forward roll and scored the pin.

The Addiction immediately attacked them and began beating them down. They nailed the Best Meltzer Ever tombstone/moonsault combo on Cheeseburger. ROH security and some wrestlers asked them to back off.
The crowd chanted for Liger after the match.
Match was OK. Cheeseburger was worked over to build the heat for the Liger tag. Everything was fine.
They aired footage of the War Machine vs. Briscoes feud to preview the ROH Tag Team championship match.

War Machine worked over Mark Briscoe early on. He faked out Rowe and kicked him to the outside. Jay and Mark double-teamed Hanson. Jay drilled him in the corner. Mark nailed a Side Russian Legsweep for a two count. He cinched in a front facelock and nailed a series of right handed punches. He and Jay tagged in and out, controlling Hanson. Jay nailed a nasty uppercut. Mark nailed Hanson but was backdropped over the top to the floor. Rowe nailed a running knee of the apron. Hanson nailed a dive to the floor. They trashed Mark on the floor and tossed him back in.
War Machine continued working over Mark until he caught Hanson with a back suplex. Jay nailed a double stomp through a table on Hanson. The Briscoes worked over Rowe. Jay nailed a neckbreaker for a two count. Hanson was still out on the floor but Rowe began to fire back. Jay drilled him with boots to the head but Rowe fired back with right hands and a big suplex. Jay popped up and nailed Rowe. He popped up as well and they faced off, charging each other in the center of the ring and battling back and forth with big shots.
Hanson and Mark hit the ring with Hanson wiping out Mark with a leg lariat. All four returned to their feet and faced off. They dared each other to nail them. All four began brawling in the center of the ring. Mark went for a clothesline but was nailed with a sideslam by Hanson. Mark popped up with a big kick. Rowe and Jay drilled each other with punches, tagging the other. Jay nailed an awesome dive to the floor on Rowe. Mark nailed the flip into a Blockbuster off the apron to the floor on Hanson. Great stuff.
Jay nailed a big back suplex on Rowe and grabbed him for the Jay-Driller but Rowe escaped the attempt. Jay clotheslined him for a two count. Jay went for the Driller again but Hanson hit the ring. Jay tried to fight them off. Mark nailed a springboard into the ring but was wiped out by Rowe. Rowe covered him for a two count but Mark kicked up. Jay places Hanson on the top but is knocked off. War Machine cleans house on the Briscoes. Hanson nailed an awesome moonsault from the top onto Jay but Mark nailed him.
Jay hit the Jay-Driller on Hanson. The Briscoes thought they had the win but he kicked up. Great stuff. The Briscoes went for the Doomsday Device but missed. They all battled. War Machine wiped out Mark. Jay went for the save but Rowe tackled him and War Machine retained the belts..

IWGP Heavyweight champion Tetsuya Naito vs. Kyle O’Reilly
Naito strolled to the ring. They faced off at the bell. Naito stalked aound the ring. They tied up and neither man got the immediate advantage. Naito was forced into the ropes but reversed it. He broke clean, then kicked Kyle. He nailed a number of punches and kicks. Kyle took him down and pounded him with punches and went for a cross armbreaker. Naito made it to the ropes to force the break. Naito spit on him. Kyle charged but was sent out of the ring. Naito posed on the mat to mock him.
Kyle kicked Naito from the apron and locked in a hanging armbreaker in the ropes. He was caught with an elbow as he charged Naito and nailed with another elbowdrop. Naito worked him over in the corner with chops and punches. He tied Kyle to the tree of woe and argued with the referee before nailing a kick sliding kick. He nailed an inverted DDT for a two count.
Kyle fought back and nailed him with a backfist. He nailed a series of kicks and forearms in a nice sequence. Naito whipped him into corner but was drilled with a back elbow. Naito kicked him as he rebounded off the ropes. Kyle locked on a sleeper but Naito flipped him over. Kyle cinched in a forward choke and Naito fought his way out. Naito came back with a tornado DDT. Naito whipped Kyle into the ropes and hit a top rope rana for a two count.
He went for a back suplex but Kyle blocked him and fought him off. Kyle wiped him out but Naito went for an enziguiri. Kyle ducked and kicked him, then nailed a big clothesline. Kyle went for a back suplex but Naito fought his way out. They exchanged strikes in the center of the ring. Kyle nailed a roaring elbow but was hit with an enziguri and a clothesline. Naito was caught with Kyle’s cradle back suplex for a CLOSE two count. Good stuff.
Kyle went for a brainbuster but Naito slipped out. Naito nailed a back suplex for another two count. They went back and forth. Naito nailed a spinebuster and scored the win with his finisher/

Really good match with some great near falls and lots of good competitive wrestling. Naito was great at controlling the crowd.
Naito shook his hand and kicked Kyle low, then beat him down, leaving Kyle laying. Kyle got a nice ovation as he left.
Michael Elgin & Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Moose & Kazuchika Okada
Okada and Tanahashi started out. Chicago went nuts for that. They tested each other out with shoulderblocks. They went back and forth and faced off. The crowd popped. The crowd chanted, “New Japan.” Moose and Elgin tagged in, so after the finesse, now it was the power. They went back and forth. Elgin held Moose up for a LONG time with a delayed vertical suplex. Moose and Elgin went back and forth. Elgin was sent into the corner. He came back with a big right hand and tagged in Tanahashi.
All four battled. Okada dropkicked Tanahashi over the top to the floor. Okada and Moose doubleteamed Elgin. Moose went to the top and hit a dive to the floor on Elgin. That was pretty nuts. Okada worked over Tanahashi and nailed a neckbreaker. Moose nailed a diving headbutt. Okada drilled Tanahashi into the corner. Moose tagged in but was kicked away as he attempted to charge him. Moose nailed a big chokeslam into a sitdown powerbomb. Okada kicked Elgin off the apron. Moose set up for the spear but Tanahashi leapfrogged him and tagged Elgin.
Elgin went to the top and nailed a shoulderblock off the top. Elgin nailed a splashing forearm. They battled back and forth. Tanahashi and Okada battled back and forth with strikes and kicks. Tanahashi slammed Okada and went to the ropes. He nailed a back senton splash for a two count. Okada came back with a DDT. Okada went for a tombstone but Tanahashi slipped out and nailed the Sling Blade.
Elgin tagged in and knocked Moose off the apron. Elgin and Tanahashi worked over Okada and nailed strikes in the corner. Tanahashi held up Okada for Elgi, who nailed an over the shoulder powerslam into the ring. The battle continued to go back and forth. The crowd chanted, “This is awesome.”
Elgin went for a Roaring Elbow but Okada ducked. Okada came off the ropes but was nailed by Elgin from behind. Moose went Tanahashi into the railing on the floor. Elgin ducked a clothesline but was speared by Moose. Okada nailed the Rainmaker clothesline and scored the pin.
Your winner, Moose & Hiroshi Tanahashi!
Great match. Lots of back and forth wrestling and a great atmosphere. Moose looked good in his big spots. Okada and Tanahashi did everything you’d expect. Elgin was a beast. Great, great stuff.
ROH TV champion Tomihiro Ishii vs. Bobby Fish
They faced off at the bell. Fish tried to overpower Ishii with shoulderblocks but that strategy failed. Fish tried to use a series of kicks but Ishii blocked them as he was backed into the corner. Fish took him down in the corner and nailed a series of kicks. Ishii came back with stiff strikes and chops. Bobby fired back but was slammed down and Ishii kicked him in the back of the head. Fish battled back but Ishii raked his face. Fish continued with the body blows and finally took Ishii down with a kick. The crowd went back and forth chanting for each.
Ishii mounted a comeback and drilled him with hard shots, slapping him. Ishii clotheslines Fish in the corner. Ishii continued working him over. Fish, trapped in the corner, fired back with forearms. Fish nailed him with a headbutt but Ishii’s head was too hard and Fish collapsed in the corner. They battled to the top and exchanged forearms. Fish got the better of Ishii and knocked him into the ring. He went for a headbutt off the top but missed. He nailed a rana and drilled a series of kicks.
Fish nailed a series of knee strikes. Ishii nailed a top rope superplex. They battled back and forth with knee strikes, Fish locked in a sleeper but Ishii rammed him into the buckles. Ishii hit a crazy back suplex. They battled on the apron. Fish kicked him in the head several times. They battled back and forth with stiff strikes and forearms. Fish was nailed in the throat. Ishii chopped him down to the floor. Fish kicked his legs out from under Ishii and sent him to the floor.
They returned to the ring and they battled on their knees with strikes. Fish rebounded off the ropes and was hit with a STIFF clothesline. Fish came back and jumped on Ishii’s back with a sleeper. Ishii dropped down but used a series of elbows to break free. Fish began beating elbows with elbows and cinched in a choke, scissoring Ishii with his legs. Ishii blacked out and the referee called for the bell.

Really good, stiff match. This was Fish’s biggest singles win to date. Really good stuff here. A totally entetaining PPV so far.
The Young Bucks & The Guerrillas of Destiny vs. KUSHIDA & The Motor City Machineguns & Matt Sydal.
Needless to say, this is going to feature a ridiculous amount of stuff. There’s probably no way I can keep up with all of it but I will do my best. All sorts of synchronized, crazy highspots as you can image. It was fun stuff. The Bucks pulled out all sorts of nutty dives.
The Bullet Club and the Guerrillas of Destiny worked over Shelley for a long time, but he kept kicking out. Matt Jackson did a dive to the outside. Nick Jackson was sent to the floor by Shelley. All sorts of rapid fire sequences. KUSHIDA tagged out to Sydal who nailed a nice double knee strike on Tama Tonga.
The Bucks finished up with a Meltzer Driver and got the win.

ROH champion Jay Lethal (with Taeler Hendrix) vs. Colt Cabana.
BIG pop and streamers for Cabana. His parents are here. The crowd kept chanting his name during Lethal’s ring introduction. Lethal tried to kick him before the bell but Cabana caught it and nailed a right hand. He unloaded on Lethal, who escaped to the floor. The crowd popped for Cabana and chanted, “New World champ.”
Cabana and Lethal went back and forth but this time, Lethal got the better of it with a dropkick. Cabana stepped outside the ropes. The crowd chanted “Let’s go Colt.” They went back and forth again. Cabana used his European style westling to tie up Lethal.Cabana nailed a big elbow. Lethal went for the dropkick again but Cabana moved out of the way. On the floor, Taeler Hendrix distracted Colt, allowing Jay to nail a tope to the outside. Colt reversed a whip and Lethal hit the railing.
Back in the ring, Cabana worked over Jay. Hendrix interfered, alliowing Jay to hit a dive so Nigel McGuinness and the referee tossed her out. Nigel physically dragged her out. Cabana was tossed into the railing. Lethal worked him over in the corner with bodyshots and chops. Lethal nailed a back suplex for a two count. He went for the Lethal Injection but Colt caught him and rolled him up for a two count.
They battled back and forth. Cabana hit a big clothesline. He nailed some clubbering elbows. Cabana nailed a splash off the ropes for a two count. Cabana drilled him with shots and the Butt Butt but was caught with a STO for a two count. Lethal placed Cabana on the top and attempted a superplex but Cabana held on. Lethal nailed him again. Cabana came back and locked him in the Billy Goat’s Curse. Taeler Hendrix ran back out. The Young Bucks hit the scene and took out Taeler.
The Young Bucks tried to give Lethal and Cabana Bullet Club shirts. The lights went out and when they came back on, Adam Cole was in the ring wearing a Bullet Club shirt. The Bucks nailed Cabana and Lethal with stereo superkicks. Cole took the mic and said “We are the Bullet Club. Breaking news. This is our house, b**ches.” They beat down Lethal and Cabana and killed everyone with superkicks. A few people hit the ring but were laid out. The Guerrillas of Destiny joined the Bullet Club.
They began beating Lethal and tied him to the ropes. Cabana tried to save him but was beaten down. They kept superkicking Lethal over and over as Cole paraded around with the ROH title. Cole superkicked him over and over. The Young Bucks’ dad got in the ring trying to stop them but even he got superkicled. They then superkicked the camera man shooting the show.
This felt like a NWO beatdown from a Nitro. The Bullet Club went into the crowd and everyone mobbed them celebrating them and chanting their name. Others chanted for Cabana as he got up from the beating.
